PriceBridge works with your product data. It does not work with your shoppers' data, and this page says exactly what that means.
We do not request access to orders or to customers. Your shoppers' names, addresses, payment details and order history never reach PriceBridge.
Your catalogue as imported, the supplier price lists you upload, and the results of matching them — on our servers in the European Union (Helsinki, Finland). Access tokens for your store are encrypted at rest.
When you uninstall PriceBridge, your store's access token stops working at once. Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours later, and at that point the data held for your store — catalogue, price lists, import history — is erased. What remains is a record that the deletion happened: the numeric store id, the date, and how many rows were removed. Your store's address is not kept.
You can also ask us to erase everything sooner: write to support@pricebridge.app from the store's email address.
Shopify forwards those to every installed app. We answer that we hold none — because we hold none.
Nobody. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use your catalogue or your suppliers' prices to train anything.
