Supplier price lists into live prices and stock

Your suppliers send spreadsheets. PriceBridge reads them, matches the rows to the products in your store, and keeps your prices and stock current.

How it works

• Import your catalogue. PriceBridge reads your Shopify products and variants. Nothing in your store changes.
• Add a supplier and upload their price list. XLSX, XLS, CSV or XML — columns are detected automatically.
• Rows are matched to your products by SKU first, then by name when a SKU is missing — which, in real stores, it usually is.
• Prices and stock follow. Your own markup rules decide the selling price; the supplier's number is the input, not the answer.

What it touches in your store

Products, variants, inventory and locations — that is the whole list. PriceBridge does not read your orders and does not read your customers, so none of your shoppers' data passes through it.

The one thing it writes back, and only when you confirm it item by item, is a product's SKU — and never over a SKU you already have.

Install

PriceBridge runs inside your Shopify admin. Install it from the Shopify App Store, open it, and the first screen walks you through the catalogue import.
